Overall a good experience front desk staff were helpful and friendly and the managers special gave us a nice comfortable and very clean Toyota corolla.

Just remember that airport tax is added on when you drop off.

I booked an intermediate sedan in advance for a 2-day work trip in early March, and was provided a Nissan Rogue (an upgrade at no charge). An employee named Brandon was manning the Hertz YWG rental desk when I picked up my rental (on a Monday night). He was efficient, friendly, and helpful. He gave me a map, directions, answered my questions and was simply lovely and pleasant. Thank you Brandon!

Rena served us on Oct. 23 and we were so impressed with her patience and excellent customer service. She waited patiently while we determined whether our car insurance covered rentals. I will definitely rent another car from Hertz at Winnipeg Intl. Airport.
