(January 31, 2019, 9:55 pm)the ONLY reason this review is getting 5 stars is because of Kenneth Garcia your service advisor, he was absolutely incredible despite me having a bad experience at this dealership. recommendation, dont confirm appointments with customers if the part they need hasnt even arrived yet. and if anyone makes an apt at this dealership be prepared to take the whole day off work, my 1 hour apt went to 4 hours and then to 24 hours...
Kenneth needs to be recognized for his outstanding customer service, he truly goes above and beyond. if anyone needs work done at this dealership, try to get Kenneth!!!
