“Nice store, nice people working there, great customer service, Thank you, Richard and Dana at the Post office for your courteous service. Great place. Yesterday, the 2nd of December 2018, I went to this store for my mail needs. There is one new guy with a beard, clueless and extremely rude. He would have overcharged me for the Christmas cards that were more than 30 grams. He said the price was 5.90. I did not trust that guy, because he doesn't have any training at all. I went to Drug Mart where the women there know what they are doing. I was right. The postage was 3.60. Please, bring Dana and Richard back. This guy should not be working there. Poor customer service skills. I would have paid a lot more because he did not know what he was doing. Yes, there was postage for 5.90, but most of the letters I had were 2.50 and 3.60. Jordan is the name of the guy. I give him the benefit of the doubt and the fact that he is new and is still learning. He improved and I will continue going to this store. Sorry, Jordan for being tough with you, but I described the situation just like it happened. Thank you for your service. I understand some people take longer to learn new prices and information about the SH costs at Canada Post.”
