(May 29, 2019, 1:06 pm)I've been renewing both car and home insurance with Western for over 5 years and dropped in again yesterday and can say this; I have yet to wait 5 seconds before being acknowledged, no more than a few minutes to be served and get excellent, friendly, professional service every time. The staff is very customer focused, transparent and work hard to get me in and out quickly. I just walk in without an appointment and am treated this way consistently. Highly recommend you check for yourself.
