All the info given at the classes was very helpful in preparation to meet our baby. Susie's advice and all the techniques she knows are so great before and during labour, they really help to deal with pain and emotions. She helped me to go through all the labour without any pain medications. She has supported me and my husband all along the way. Surprisingly they put me on hold for almost 20 minutes and I have to keep waiting. finally I have cut the call and called them again. That's surprising to me as never had such a wait time to book an appointment. Doctors are really good. Lady at reception is behaving very nicely. Clean hospital with good ambience.”
