Thanks to the incredible team at Equilibrium I'm feeling hopeful for the first time in years that I can fully heal my chronic back pain. I was referred to Equilibrium for massage and my therapist recognized how much faster I'd progress with a multidisciplinary approach. Receiving acupuncture, massage, and athletic therapy in one location has been convenient and I've made huge improvements in way less time than I'd anticipated. All the staff are very knowledgeable, and their intuitive approach ensures their expertise is tailored to your individual needs. I highly recommend Equilibrium for wonderful holistic care.

I went to see Jenna regularly starting my second trimester of pregnancy. Jenna noticed how misaligned and tight my pelvis was, and referred me to Family First Chiropractic. It was then determined that I had significant symphasis pubic disorder and sacro-iliac disfunction. I went for regular treatments at both places. I went nearly 2 weeks over due and had such minimized aches and pains, and I was able to deliver naturally with minimal intervention. I am so thankful for this place. Right before my daughter was born as well, I had some awful sciatic nerve pain, and I could barely walk. After 1 Accupuncture treatment with Chris, I was able to waddle right out of there with no problem (9 months pregnant.) highly recommend.
