Rasha Medical Clinic is conveniently located as the intersection of Pembina Highway and Grant Avenue making it great location with lots of parking.

The clinic offer walk-in and the doctors also have patients. I would recommend becoming a patient so that can be guaranteed seeing a regular physician to guarantee your appointments.

At the clinic is also a pharmacy which is good as this saves time because you can get your prescriptions filled in site.

As a patient, I feel that the clinic doctors are personable, and I really fell they make time for you. I was going to a clinic that took walk-ins and found that this really affected and conflicted with the quality of service as the regular patients like myself were rushed out quickly because they just churned patients to fill their quota. That is the opposite experience I had with Rasha Medical Clinic. They really care about their patients and take the time to get to know you.

As a patient, Initially I had some customer service issues with the front reception but brought them to Rasha who owns Rasha Pharmacy she's very much on site, on hands and she quickly rectified the situation and with re-training the front reception. I was happy that the owner (Rasha) had paid quick attention and was able to improve the service.

I would highly recommend anyone looking for a new physician to check out Rasha Medical Clinic. while you're there stop in and say hi to Rasha and let her know you're a new patient with the clinic.

Took my 4 year old in. We saw Dr. Haji. He had great bedside manner with my daughter. Was patient and able to take her temperature, check her ears and throat without her getting upset. He had her giggling and made it fun. Doctors with the skills to treat kids are hard to come by.
Wait was minimal. Was able to call ahead and add our name. Receptionist was friendly.
