Ordered Beef pho, salad rolls, banh mi and fried rice. Awesome service, great portions and excellent value. Pho broth is flavourful and rich—but clean. Salad rolls were enormous and the peanut sauce was delicious. Looking forward to ordering more from the diverse menu options.
Great spot! Authentic and fresh food, simple service and a reasonable price. No frills but does not disappoint.
Awesome place! Reasonable price, huuuuuge portion, tasty food, great service, easy parking, nice atmosphere. Highly recommended.
Shrimp Pad thai, seafood chow fun, green curry soup, beef chow fun, calamari
Definitely get good value.
This restaurant is located inside of the quality inn on pembina. You need to really through the hotel to get to it.
From the outside I was expecting a standard Asian restaurant. When I walked inside I was surprised by how well appointed the dining room was. As another reviewer commented, it was spotless inside.
Portions are huge and prices are moderate. For the pricing its a great place to grab lunch or dinner for an affordable price in a very nice setting.
We went more than once so there's a long list of items.
Pro tip: their BBQ Meats are great. I really liked the bbq chicken skewers. Their vermicelli also has it in top for a great price.
They make a lot of things in house here. I have pricing for most items but not all.
Pad Thai -this was a crowd favorite
BBQ chicken Skewers $8.95 - my number one pick.
Salad rolls $6.95 - would recommend getting it with BBQ meat instead of with shrimp the way we did.
Banh mi -the Bread is fantastic when fresh. It is ok when you wait but definitely recommend eating right away. we got the cold meat (from the menu) one as that was recommended, however it should be called cold cuts. For that kind of sandwich It actually is very good however, most of my friends I think would prefer the barbecue meat inside. It just lends so much extra flavor.
Deluxe beef pho large $10.95 - definitely get a good value. I liked the soup. I'm not super into pho however. I tend to prefer my meat flavored or marinated.
R $8.95 xl #l$12.95 (other pricing for the sizes we did not order)
Deluxe vermicelli $10.95 again another great value item. I did find the noodles a little odd as I'm used to having drier ones. You can tell these ones were freshly cooked.
Their lunch special if seafood with fried rice in a white sauce and their deep fried pork cutlet with fried rice in red sauce are good value. $14.95 includes small appetizer (I recommend the shrimp dumplings as they were fried perfectly in a light wonton crisp) over the more authentic meat slice (I can't remember as it was from my earlier visit). I'm not just into fried food but it was done very well. It also comes with dessert.
That day we had also ordered the mini banh mi sandwich which we really enjoyed.
It's a huge menu to navigate. I don't know if I would recommend every dish, but if you do choose the right ones I think most people will love this place. We got it right on the second time. Had it just been from my first visit I might have given it a four instead.
Service is friendly but needs work. The price point where you get great value, and due to the delicious bbq meats is why I give this 5 Stars
Parking is available in the parking lot of the quality inn. So pretty easy to find parking.
absolutely delicious hot & sour soup with chicken. Also loved the charbroiled beef vermicelli bowl. Mango tapioca dessert that came with the special was truly refreshing. Fantastic and friendly service, incredibly reasonable prices -- way more food than we could eat, lots of leftovers for tomorrow. A 20% tip and still came in under $50 for two of us.
