“I've been going here for a little while and it's really good. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the facility itself is always clean. It can get really busy at times, but because it's quite large, you're never really crowded. The machines are all in good working order and there's a good selection of them. The locker room and showers are clean and really well set up. The only complaint I have isn't about the establishment or the staff. It's the other patrons. Quite a few of them just walk in wearing their snow and slush covered shoes. They will walk right through the gym into the change room, and then will work out in them. The staff are great for cleaning up after them, but they shouldn't have to. They almost need to start charging people a few bucks for a cleaning fee every time they do this. Edit: Ok, I've been going here for quite a while now. My review still stands. The staff and facility are great, but some of the patrons (always the same ones) are terrible. They're disgusting, unwashed, smell bad (even before working out), never wipe machines down after use, and regularly stink up the locker rooms bathing in axe body spray. If you are planning on coming to this gym, you're going to have to try really hard to ignore these repulsive people.”

“I've been going for athletic therapy and really starting to make progress. The staff is friendly and Scott is great at changing up my routine each day, depending on how I am feeling. I always leave laughing, having enjoyed the conversation that goes along with my treatment. I highly recommend going to NRG to recover from pain and work to achieve your athletic goals. After seeing Scott for athletic therapy I now use their facility to work out, maintaining the progress I have made so far. I appreciate the different methods Scott uses such as acupuncture and deep tissue massage. Ryan D., a rehab specialist and trainer is very knowledgeable and super positive, who motivates me to work harder each time I go.”

“I was a member of a different gym for 3 years. Checked this one out with a friend and immediately signed up and canceled my other membership. Love the fact that it’s actually 24/7. Even when it’s busy I still have room to do my thing with out getting in the way of others. For how much it costs and the stuff I get with the membership it doesn’t even matter.”
