“I love the variety of workouts. I've been coming to Orangetheory since the Taylor location opened. The new station number assignments are working out really well. I wasn't sure how well it would work sharing weights, but it's great. No rush to get the station with the weights I want anymore. Love Danny's energy. Angie is good at watching for form and helping to correct it when it's not right. Announcements and banter at the end of class during stretch are relaxing and I'm glad the instructors keep up the mood right up until the end. Love OTF!”

“Got to try hot yoga the first time. It was an awesome experience. The room is very warm which I like and the yoga instructor thought us basic to intermediate yoga poses. Started sweating after 15mins of session. Able to stayed the full hour of hot yoga class. Will definitely do it again. Felt good after. Good detox.”
