The instructors at Modo hot yoga are fantastic. Each brings a unique style to their classes with creative flows and body wisdom. I love the atmosphere and find the space to be very grounding. I always leave feeling renewed and better connected with myself, my emotions and my body. You will find wellness here.
I'm really loving classes at Modo Yoga Kildonan. After having a baby and now going back to work it is so hard to find time for myself but when I take some self care time at Modo Yoga I am always so happy that I did. The atmosphere is incredibly welcoming and accommodating to all levels. I did the Saturday morning 8:30 class with Carrie yesterday and it was so great, I think I will try (really try) to make it a part of my weekly routine.
The staff and instructors are so nice and welcoming. I am new to yoga and now I can say that am hooked!!! It's my time to relax, stretch out muscles and push myself in a new way physically and mentally. I signed on for the introductory rate but I will be definitely continuing on after. Great studio!
Best Modo studio in Winnipeg!!! I absolutely enjoy coming here & the staff are extremely friendly and welcoming every time I come into the door!!! I would love to be able to attend more classes here soon & get a membership!!!! For now I am doing the karma classes! But they are still perfect for what I am looking for! It’s very clean and there’s tons of lockers in the change rooms!
It started with a karma class and then I went for the INTRO month. I love Modo Yoga Kildonan! I’ve been coming here as often as I can and it has really helped me lose some weight and improve flexibility. After every class, I leave with a grateful heart—feeling relaxed and very calm. It helps relieve my anxieties and improve my appreciation of my body and self. It’s important to take care of our bodies and our minds and hot yoga is helping me with it. There are many instructors and each of them have different styles. Classes are never boring. I love how I am greeted when I come in and how the place is always clean. Just being inside the studio helps ease my worries away. It is truly a great refuge from my busy life. I hope to come here more often and deepen my yoga practice.
