    Great experience everytime I visit 9Round on Regent! Everybody, the staff and the owner are very supportive and friendly!! At first, I was really hesitant to come and try it, but it changed coz they are very welcoming and very dedicated with what theyre doing and I think that is really important to have a support system in your journey to a fit and healthy lifestyle!

    What I like best is that it is slightly different every time I attend and I really appreciate the personalized attention from the trainers. The round I enjoy the most is when there's free style: I've never enjoyed working out as much as I do on that round! Not only does this give me a challenging workout, but it also engages my brain, compared to so many routines which are mindless and repetitive!
