Within less than 1 1/2 hours he was here doing a access menu and setting up traps l had to trust him. Three days later we had 4 mice in traps and found the source where they were getting in . “Prices were good and selection was great. I love the product and recommend diamond over other products. However the lady that served me here was very unfriendly and not helpful. I will stick to the regent location. It was so unfomfortable that I had to ask her if she knew me or if there was a reason she didn't like me. I'm a friendly and outgoing person and am not used to being given such poor customer service. This is why I am giving 3 stars where other locations would get a 4+”
