“Dropped in for a couple classes as I was in Winnipeg at a conference. Super experience! Was welcomed by Crystal and Cody - both were very nice, asked me questions, and welcomed me! Cody was a great coach and was there giving pointers and encouragement the entire time. Tough workouts that challenged me both times. Great environment. The couple people I met were super nice - one ended up giving me a ride to the local grocery store on her way home. Thanks for the hospitality! If I lived here I would be coming to this box for sure.”
