“OVE this gym. All of the staff is really awesome. It has everything you need and if you ever had any questions on your body positioning or an exercise there are always staff around. I love the second room they have, I can get everything I need to get done in there. Isn't overly crowded. Always clean. Tons of spin bikes for cardio.”

“This gym is nice and ideal for the average person. They have enough machines to cover most of the muscle groups. They're dumbells are also new. Only thing I would recommend is a Incline Barbell Rack. I think that would complete the gym.”
