“Today was a day of firsts. First time ordering Santa Lucia, First time ordering on line, Thank you Management and staff for providing excellent customer service. We ordered the 9 chicken dinner. Your delivery driver was friendly, courteous, respected social distancing as well even inquired if we received our coleslaw in the bag because he didn’t remember seeing it. It was not in the bag and I told him not to worry about it especially if it that busy. Things happen. He suggested maybe a credit towards next order and that worked for me. Not even 5 minutes later another driver came by with the coleslaw. To the manager this kind of customer service goes beyond and I hope you are proud. I certainly am. Even then, he gave me two five dollars, three loonies, and some change which limited my time with the car wash. Maybe they should prepare more loonies since they're also running a coin-operated car wash?”

The two doctors I saw on separate visits were also very friendly , and for once a walkin-in doctor seemed to care and actually listened with out me feeling rushed and dismissed.
