I have trained with Aspect Fitness for over 2 years and have had far better results than multiple other trainers/facilities in this city. I have never had a trainer that has been more attentive, knowledgeable and enthusiastic, and also someone who would call me out on the crap I was trying to pull. If you're not willing to hold yourself accountable, you're going to the wrong place. There is no sugarcoating and no BS here. Make sure the trainer you choose can walk the walk if they can talk the talk, and based off results you're heading in the right direction with Aspect Fitness.”
