“The Drivers are very nice people, which is very important. The administration has a problem with somehow always billing more than what our rate codes are. So probably about half of our invoices need to be corrected. We are not a big company so we notice things like this. I can imagine that some companies never notice and just pay. Quoted rates are good and service is good. Have probably had only 1 or 2 damage goods claims in the last 3 years. Update 2018...Things are not looking good with this company. We shipped a load that got held up in Regina and they held our goods ransom for a rate that was 2.25x Customer Rate Quotation. We simply had to pay it to get our goods released. They have a lot of reasons for this but even the owner apparently did not have the power to fix it. I found this very amazing. We use 5 trucking companies and none of the other 4 do we have charges that are out of sorts. The relationship we have with the Kindersley guys that pickup is good and we are sorry to have to leave this company but it doesn't work to quote one rate to the dealer and then get charged 225% ransom to get it there. I am hoping that they will fix this one up to yet, like they have in the past.”
