I usually don't time to write reviews but...I had an amazon review that wasn't packaged or labelled. I came in, he did his thing and two minutes later he said your good. He hadn't finished packing my it but didn't want to waste my time. Pro service.

My first time in a UPS store, and they had the tools, materials and experience to get my job done in a timely, well-priced and friendly manner.

Brought in two cookbooks to be spiral bound. The employee was extremely knowledgable, and offered me several options and suggestions. Picked up one day later and was extremely pleased with the results. Will certainly be a returning customer. I wasn’t even aware that this service was available (was suggested by another company, who weren’t able to do the full service).

The woman at the counter was so friendly and helpful! And wearing gloves! She answered all my questions, and I feel good having chosen UPS to deliver something very important! Will definitely use UPS again.

Staff was very knowledgeable and they went the extra mile to accommodate my requests. It was nice to listen to their assessment and suggestions in order to obtain the best possible outcome out of my idea. 110% recommended!

Best location of ups. People working are really helpful.
