(March 2, 2019, 5:52 pm)Booked an 11:15 appointment, was told our hairdresser was just finishing up. We said any hair dresser would be fine but they said to wait for the person we booked online. At 11:45 that hair dresser took someone else in so we asked what was going on and the person that was standing there for half an hour while we waited doing nothing did the haircut. Not the end if the world I guess but annoying to take the time to book an appointment and stand around waiting especially when one of the hair dressers wasn't busy.

I opted for both a cut and beard trim and I must say it was the best cut I've had in years, friendly staff it had more of a family vibe to it. 5 stars all around good service, will definitely be going back.
(January 2, 2019, 5:23 am)The staff is friendly. I booked my two sons in for haircuts one after the other and when we arrived they informed us that they had a cancellation and that they could take both boys at the same time. That worked out great for my daughter and I who were set to wait an hour for them. Instead it took 20 minutes or so and I had two happy boys with incredible haircuts.
