(June 24, 2019, 6:40 pm)Chris and Nicole at Hawthorne Kitchens helped us with an extensive kitchen and living room renovation. They assisted us in selecting colour, style and layout and had very good suggestions. Because Hawthorne works together with a contractor, we only had to deal with Hawthorne. They made sure timelines worked out with contractors and sub-contractors; very convenient! During the installation, we requested a few minor changes which were all integrated by Hawthorne without a problem. The result is incredible, we enjoy it every day and the kitchen has really become the social focal point in our house!
(October 13, 2013, 8:48 pm)The sales process was excellent (Carl did a great job designing our home office and providing options). The quality of the cabinets, desktop etc. was very good. Only concern is that the installer was a bit sloppy and glaring issues had to be pointed out - though they were fixed without complaint.
