We had moved and dismantled our old EQ3 simple bed (which is no longer manufactured) and lost a few parts in the process. We had searched online and locally for the parts and were thinking to give up when we decided to reach out to EQ3 directly to see if maybe, just maybe they had extra parts for that bed stowed away somewhere. So glad we reached out! They provided us with the long lost manuals and they had the parts we needed which they shipped to us in Toronto (for a fee). So glad we reached out to them. We'll get a few more good years out of that bed. :) Thank you EQ3 team!
Great furniture at some friendlier prices. Some items are slightly damaged, but that's why they're discounted. I always recommend the outlet as a first stop to friends who are looking to buy some furniture.
