“Went in to have the lug nuts on my new winter tires retorqued. They didn't have the correct socket on hand & I left the one I had got with my tires at home. I explained that I got the ones on my car with my new tires the week before at a different Canadian Tire store. They took the trouble to check to see if they had the same set in stock so they could use one from a new pack. Unfortunately they didn't but they were still able to tighten most of them. I appreciated the effort that they showed. Good customer service. ????”
