I get neck-tension headaches because of my poor posture sometimes - I work at a computer for long hours. Joe helps me with my headaches by doing acupuncture on my neck and it is like a miracle cure. He also gives me some exercises to do to help strengthen my neck muscles and encourages me to take breaks throughout my work day. If I do these things then my pain goes away. And seriously, the acupuncture is a life saver. I hate needles but trust me - they are SO worth it.
