Makes me wonder whether they are manipulating reviews and posting only positive reviews. Until my last purchase I was very pleased buying from them. Quality was good up to that point. Here is the review I submitted. “I was surprised with my last purchase. Not as nice as the previous three beaver skins I bought from this site one year ago. Not as plush or heavy. Colour not the rich dark brown of previous purchase, and faded at corners. And looks like they were skinned but no effort was taken to trim the edges nicely. Will do so myself. Disappointed though. Will not be shopping here again. Consistent delivery of quality is paramount to online business success. It is a matter of trust.“ I have to add that they immediately agreed to replace them after reading my review, and select skins more to my taste. Excellent after sales service response. ????
