She always listened intently to what I asked for, looked closely at any pictures I brought in to make sure I was happy with the results. A very talented hair stylist with a stellar personality, it’s very difficult to find that combo these days. Similar to finding a good dentist, when you find one, you don’t want to ever go to anyone else! She’s so good that I’m worried I won’t find someone as good as her here in Ottawa. The salon itself is new, but seems to be very well run with friendly, attentive staff. 5 stars.”

“My dog had never been here before but they squeezed us in within an hour on a Friday afternoon after he ate something he shouldn't have. I was provided a very clear estimate of the costs up front, they kept it well under that budget and called me frequently to update on his condition. They even called me on a Saturday to check in on how my pooch was doing (he was thankfully just fine!). Every staff member we had an interaction with was polite, helpful, and concerned for my pup. Made me feel like he was perfectly safe in their hands. Can't say how much I appreciated that, they made a scary situation bearable!”
