Ilya makes sure to explain the poses in a way that is easy to understand and makes you feel very comfortable no matter what level you may be at in terms of your yoga practice. He is very helpful at correcting/adjusting your pose to make sure you are doing it properly for your level and giving modifications if necessary. The room is very cozy, welcoming, and the perfect size for a great learning experience. I would highly recommend taking classes at The Yoga Space.”
