There is a certain level of women's participation (for example, women dance with the Torah on Simhat Torah). Gay and trans people are welcome. Rabbi Yossi Benarroch is a warm, wise leader, teacher, and baal tefilah. The congregation does need support both financially and to maintain its daily minyan.”
