“A truly fabulous experience that the whole family will love. I'm a train nerd so my reasons for loving the Prairie Dog will likely differ from most people. Suffice it to say that every Manitoban needs to ride at least once, and for visitors to Winnipeg it needs to be on the list of things to do if you have the time. The locomotives change so make sure that if it's your first, or only ride, that you select a steam run. The diesel is great also but the steam is the authentic experience.”
