“Food is pretty good but management needs to be more involved in service. It isn't servers' fault, they seem to be running all over the hotel trying to serve multiple store fronts while customers sit there waiting. Some of the staff seem to stand around letting the others do all the work, and that's always a management problem. Edit: better on subsequent visits.”

“Stayed here and the service and staff were great. The room was clean and modern. We checked in late after fishing and dinner in the lounge was amazing. Staff was awesome and the servers were very polite and accommodating. Breakfast in the restaurant the next morning was delicious.”
