“We bought our house in March of 2021 and got possession on Nov 5 2021. It was such a thrill to watch our house go from an empty lot to the house of our dreams. The process was easy starting with a meeting with Marshall (who is amazing) to pick all our finishing touches. He offered great advice and recommended color schemes that went with what we were looking for. We then went to pick out our flooring and cabinets. The entire process was exciting as this is the first time buying a new build. We had a couple little set backs which delayed our possession by a couple months but they got us in just before the first winter storm! The finishing touches are absolutely amazing. From the bevelled edge corners to the coffered ceiling. During our walk through there were a couple minor issues that Cory got fixed right away. We absolutely love our new home and would use Heritage Lane again in the future!”
