“Went to the Hartford station to report two hit and run incidents. Each time I dealt with a different officer and each time they were courteous and polite. That said, they had a very distinct demeanor, like they were just going through the motions, making little to no effort to build a little rapport. I'd suggest a little more courtesy and maybe some customer service training, it would go a long way in changing the way the public perceives the WPS.”
