Most of the time they are good to deal with but sometime try giving a low value for you vehicle. The finance guy is pretty in point too! Right to the point and knows what he is doing.

Was traveling 4 hours to Winnipeg for an appointment when my new Yukon had a low oil pressure message start showing up. Was close to the dealership so I called. They were able to look at my vehicle right away, but when the diagnosis was not immediately apparent, they lent me a vehicle so I could get to my rendezvous. I didn't buy my vehicle from this GMC dealership, yet they went above and beyond to help me get to my appointment and have my vehicle ready to get me home afterwards. Excellent customer service! Would not hesitate to stop in again.

Had to get some programming done on my 2006 Hummer H3's ECM, they were able to get me in at 9am the morning after I called to book, and they got the job done quick and professionally, all while keeping me updated, and even called to see if I wanted them to perform an update to my ECM while it was in there, all within the same hour so it didn't cost me any extra. I wish I could remember the technicians name who I was dealing with, cause I would highly recommend him!
