Much recommended rental place, Customer friendly, very polite service. Nice, clean and new cars for rentals. Steve was very helpful in finding my keys for the house in the car after I left in the drop box accidentally. Thanks for the great service. I definitely recommend Thrifty.

We avoided a nightmare at EZ Car rental and were saved last minute by the kindness of Muhammad at Thrifty/Dollar car rental at YUL! A big thank you to him! Also, the car was handy in the 50 cm of snow we got on the last day of our trip... God bless snow tires!!

Good car, fast service. I just found it hard to find the rental car returns. My only advice is that signs can be improved.
