“April 2022 UPDATE: The garden door that JEH installed last May (2021) was getting frosted and icy because of an incomplete seal, but this has now been fixed. I had emailed the company in January and got response back to remove and dry the weather stripping. I had attempted a few more contacts without any results and felt frustrated. I was then contacted by the owner in March and he apologized for the delay and personally came to inspect the issue. He then organized to have the issue fixed and the installer has now fixed it. Yuri also replaced a few other old windows that had broken seals and did a great job. We are satisfied with the follow up to rectify the garden door problem, and the new window inserts. Thanks for attending to my concerns.”
