“By far the best vegetable fried rice I've had. Standard chicken sweet and sour chicken balls. They were still tasty! Amazing noodles with chicken and vegetables . I forget the technical name for that dish 😆 Talk about sleeper restaurants in Glenboro. Take out only when I was there...that was the only downside...just pigged out at the hotel!”

“Excellent chocolate milkshake! Very thick, the extra wide straw was barely big enough. Really enjoyed it. The burger had a good patty but way too much bun. The relish was the dominant flavour. Lots of potential with the patty, but the rest need to be revamped in my opinion.”

“I lost a bearing buddy somewhere on my pop-up camper on the way to Spruce Woods in July of '23. I only noticed when I was packing up to leave. H&L not only provided me with a new set of bearing buddies (got a spare now) but they also offered to refill the grease without charge. Just amazing service - turned an unexpected problem into a great sxperience. I come out this way every year, now I know I've got a place I can trust to go to if I have a problem in the future.”
