We had Squirrel Construction build our backyard fence. Apprx 10 yrs later, it’s standing strong, and looks straighter & truer than any of the fences in our neighborhood - including ones built very recently. Derek is great for following up to ensure there are no issues with shifting or settling, and makes sure you know he’s there to take care of any issues.

We’re looking forward to putting the new pergola we had built at the end of last summer… a great addition to our backyard.

The small fence we just recently had built along the side of our house has also added a nice sense of privacy to the yard.

Based on the three projects for which we’ve used Squirrel Construction, I can say they consistently provide excellent workmanship and service.

Best to book your projects early - they fill their schedule pretty quickly.

Had a fence, a deck and a pergola done in 2020 by Derek at Squirrel. I share my boundary with 3 neighbours, and had 3 different companies do the 3 portions of my fence. The section done by Derek was bar none the best of the 3. There really is a difference going with a professional. There was a bit of an issue with the pergola that developed but Derek came back this year to correct it and its looking good.

Excellent and quality workmanship on our yard fence. Derek is very professional and easy to work with. Projects done quickly. Beautiful product done even better than we requested.
