“I had a wheel bearing that was too far gone while traveling through winnipeg. It was 9pm and Peter was the only mechanic I could get ahold of. I limped my vehicle to the nearest motel and he was there early the next morning. After he verified it was the wheel bearing he ordered the part, left, returned with it and replaced it right in the parking lot. A bit expensive, but no mobile mechanic would be charging any less. I could tell he's been doing this for years by the way he worked. I would call him again if I had a breakdown.”

“We had Squirrel Construction build our backyard fence. Apprx 10 yrs later, it’s standing strong, and looks straighter & truer than any of the fences in our neighborhood - including ones built very recently. Derek is great for following up to ensure there are no issues with shifting or settling, and makes sure you know he’s there to take care of any issues. We’re looking forward to putting the new pergola we had built at the end of last summer… a great addition to our backyard. The small fence we just recently had built along the side of our house has also added a nice sense of privacy to the yard. Based on the three projects for which we’ve used Squirrel Construction, I can say they consistently provide excellent workmanship and service. Best to book your projects early - they fill their schedule pretty quickly.”

“Lots of selection at this store - something for everyone with all the glasses on display. You can get an optometrist arranged eye exam at this location - prebooking required as the eye doctor is only there on certain days. Very helpful staff. I have gotten my last few pairs of glasses from there and got very good service. From progessive lenses to reading glasses to sunglasses - they offer all the different types of glasses. Prescription sunglasses can be made with a outward tint and a mirror coating if you like.”
