Courts of St James Apartments

It’s a great, place to live. Management and, maintenance, can be a little rude though. We all have our bad days, so it could be understandable.

Courts of St. James has history that I remember from the beginning. My father worked for Lakeview. My father was responsible for the Courts of St. James being built. To this day I still love this place. The place change carpets in the hall and the place updates the court yard almost every third year. This place looks better now than before. Right now they are upgrading every balcony.

I lived in these apartments (Lancing and Hampshire) for 3+ years combined. The apartments are clean and well-maintained. But they are extremely pricey (my job was keeping me there as I needed easy transit access to my jobs) and you have to get on the management’s a** to get stuff done otherwise they act like if they ignore you long enough, you’ll leave them alone. Their maintenance staff is super friendly. The building is well-secured and there’s a Dollarama accessible via their basement. Bus stops are nearby and very good!
