He is the quickest to finish drawings and also quick turnaround to city reviews. He can be counted on to finish the drawings!

I was introduced to Edmond by my contractor for my two story infill houses. Initially, I was skeptical about paying him in full thinking he might not be responsive like the other draftspersons I had dealt with. Contrary to my skepticism, I found Edmond to be professional and disciplined. Whenever we get a feedback from the city planner, Edmond will make those adjustments within hours. His response time is incredible and this has helped us save a lot of money in carrying costs and break ground quicker.
