Whenever we need our furnace serviced, we call Reliable. They are always quick to respond and do excellent work.

After another company was more interested in signing us up for a loyalty plan than fixing our no-heat problem, we called Reliable. They came out the same day, inspected our furnace and gave us the bad news that it was kaput. From sales to service this is hands down one of the best companies we've dealt with. They were punctual, friendly, clean, professional and treated us like gold. We'll be dealing with them again to replace our aging AC unit. Thanks to Mark, Terry, Kyle & Steven for making our lives easier and saving our Christmas.

What can u say were they on time yes,Did they answer my Questions yes They cleaned up very well Also the guys Ernie and Ernie seemed to enjoy there job they were happy and joking as they worked i went to work and left them to do there work My elderly parent was home and they made a few jokes with her all in all GREAT JOB the only way i knew they were here was the house is warm also tried my old Air Conditioner also works was kinda worried as i have had friends get stuff installed and either the Air Conditioner are the Furnace does not work The Office staff booked my appointment and told me what to expect thank you Kelsey It is very stressful to need a new heating are cooling system and its a big investment I will say using Reliable was stress free.Thank You to Your Great Team

We have been using Reliable for at least a decade now and have always been well taken care of. Just recently had a new furnace put in and the team from start to finish were awesome. The 2 techs, Kyle & Dillon, who installed the new furnace were friendly and entertaining. My little 3 year old talked their ears off and they interacted back which was really nice to see. Always happy with the service we receive from Reliable!
