She doesn’t just do a standard press on the knots till they go away...she manipulates the muscles in coordination with the massage which allows for much deeper work without the pain the next day. I’m never sore after a massage now, and until I started coming here I just assumed muscle soreness the next day was how it always goes. Who knew massage doesn’t have to hurt?!
