dropped off our taxes and within 1 hour they were done. answered all of my questions promptly and were very courteous. cant ask for better service.

I went here in the beginning of this year and payed over 100 dollars for my 2021 tax to be done and it hasn't been submitted to cra and that being said I haven't got any of my ccb or gst or and extra benefits, so I'm not happy with this location !!! As well lady at the back desk over stepping and was very rude with my son treated him like he was a carrier of covid and didn't ask to voice her opinion to my son

I found the staff professional, very friendly, and fast. I would highly recommend them and will certainly be going back! Kamala was exceptional.

To be honest i didnt expect to get a warm welcome. The file recovery time is very tight and they work in a professional manner. I was due to go to work today at 5pm and I asked to receive my file as soon as possible and I received it at 4pm when I had come at 1pm. I will come to make my declarations every year at Liberty Tax.Thanks

I had a wonderful tax experience at this location! My tax preparer, John, was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Had I not had issues with my T4 and RRSPs, my taxes would have been completed within the hour. John caught some mistakes that were made in my previous tax years by other companies and was able to get me a larger refund that should have been issued to me 2 years ago! I strongly recommend this location to anyone who wants to have a positive experience with phenomenal customer service from every employee or manager who works there. 10/10 would recommend, I know I will be going to this location for the next several years to come - I have never been so enthused during the tax season, as we all know it can be a frustrating and difficult time, especially now during Covid. But if you want people who care about your taxes and ensure they are done promptly and with great attention to detail, this is the location for you!
