(October 2, 2020, 12:10 am)Had an accident with our 2015 Grand Caravan, and due to delays from MPI our van was at Murray for 7 weeks. Once the MPI decision was made repairs were done promptly and properly. I can't thank Ronnie and his team for the EXCELLENT customer service during the whole process. He went above and beyond to help us to get our van fixed. I would recommend them to everyone!
(January 18, 2020, 6:14 pm)I was hit on the passenger side of my 2020 Grand Cherokee Summit in December.
Took it in last week to Murray Ram Collision for repair.
They were prompt to get the unit in to the shop and start repairs.
It was ready exactly when Ronnie Petrillo the Manager said it would be and his Team did a fantastic job with repair, paint, and parts replacement.
They washed the unit inside and out and there was no lingering odor of a collision Centre.
