(March 19, 2019, 2:02 pm)Our tax person Lynette was great, though the person at the reception was not helpful and seems to not know what she was doing. Lynette ended up taking our documents and completing the intake process herself. I will be goign back again next year to have Lynette prepare our family taxes again, hopefully there will be a trained front desk person who knows what they are doing.

She is very approachable and answers all your questions which is really helpful because tax filing is often overwhelming especially if you haven't done it before. Just bring every receipts and documents needed and they will do the rest. Worth your money.
