“We booked Wally to take us to the airport at 4:30 a.m. He confirmed the booking by text. And communicated throughout the process by text. It was great. We booked him to pick us up at 12:00 a.m. from the airport. A blizzard was happening in Winnipeg, we didn’t know whether we would be landing in Winnipeg. He communicated with me throughout my plane delay. Our flight would be the next day and Wally was fine with that. He truly is available 24/7. On top of that, on arriving home my gate was blocked by about 3 feet of snow, Wally offered to help, offered a shovel. I appreciated the offer but hopped the fence and shovelled a path with my own shovel. All this to say, Wally is great, very dependable. I will book again and will be referring him to any person looking for such services.”
