Me and my partner were looking for a Jacuzzi and came across this place. I met up with one if their salespersons Jason who was excellent at explaining everything! We Absolutely fell in love with one of the hot tub here ! It is now sitting in our backyard and I have no regrets. The delivery also went very smoothly and he had explained how to take good care of our hot tub. It was super easy to understand! This was one of the best purchases I have made in a while! Thanks everyone at Jacuzzi!

We bought a Jacuzzi that was on sale early February 2022 over the phone with Dave Wilson. Went into he showroom to confirm the one we wanted and Filled out all the forms sent via email and set up a date for delivery.We wanted it delivered and set up in the back yard but because it's still winter had to wait. The day finally arrived and the crew showed up exactly the agreed time. They were efficient and courteous. Done is 45 minutes! We couldn't be happier. Was a stress free, great experience and we love our tub.

This is the best place to get your hot tub in Winnipeg!! I can't say enough how satisfied we are with our hot tub purchase. Customer service was excellent, great selections of tubs to choose from, and of course amazing prices! Thank you Jason for all your help, and many thanks to the service department as well. Jason Boken was awesome to deal with, he helped educate and steer us towards the right tub for our family. Warren in service was also exceptional, his tech Ben did a great job with our on site orientation. We have only had the tub a few months, but it was delivered on time, and after sales support/testing has been handy!

We had a great sales experience with Jason and Jacuzzi. We didn't have much experience with hot tubs but after reviewing many of top brands and discussions with Jason, we were convinced that purchased right product. Everyone at the location seems to be very helpful. The installation went very smooth, they put tub exactly where wanted. Tough going getting down side of house as big slope but wasn't an issue. We are very thankful for all of the help Jason provided and still provides us!
