My mother has owned this business for well over 40 years and she her and my sister Nicole have a reputation of being honest, helpful, knowledgeable and extremely fair with pricing from silver to high end gold products not to mention amazing custom jewelry design. Visions of Gold has been my mother's life for many years. Thank you to the customers who know the family and the store well and have written wonderful reviews and have been loyal customers for years. To all of the other p.o.s.'s who wrote negative reviews I am sorry you had a negative experience but to try to ruin someone's reputation and business over 1 issue and lie about it and have others help you ruin it....you are disgusting. “Alex was phenomenal from start to finish and even afterwards when we had questions. She was professional and made us feel like we were working with a trusted friend. We were first time home buyers, not even looking to buy a home and we stumbled upon our dream home coincidentally. Not being pre-approved and having only a short time to get things together before offers were accepted, Alexandra worked swiftly and accurately to score us our best option. She took the time to listen to our needs and concerns, and tailored her work to cover all of our bases, taking every detail into account. The entire process from start to finish was seamless and as stress free as was knowingly possible, she convenienced us and our schedule at every single opportunity, which was so helpful because I work shift work. We basically sent her our documents and waited, and she did the rest, super quickly. If and when we have our next home I can't imagine seeing anyone else to get us through. This entire process was infinitely better than our close friends that had terrible experiences throughout their recent home buying experience, and had to shop around for their best rate. We didn't have to shop around at all, she took care of everything, and we ended up with a better rate. We are so fortunate that our realtor recommended Alexandra otherwise we would have missed out on this opportunity and probably lost a few years off our lives, or developed bald spots from ripping out our hair. Had been to a few other branches to do what seemed like an easy transaction (being added to my husbands account) and had been given the run around , poor instructions and told to do it online. May on the other hand was polite and efficient! Very good customer service and she deserves recognition. Thank you for making a bad experience at other branches great here! Everyone in there was so nice and while it was busy and many people were crotchety in line everyone at the branch stayed calm , kind and worked quickly to get people moving through.”

“Fantastic workmanship! The 2 owners just installed a backsplash in my kitchen. They arrived on time and expertly installed the tile back splash with no mess and in only two short days. I have heard it is very messy to get tiling done but there is no dust anywhere! They quoted me a very reasonable price and even though I made adjustments they did not increase the price. I would highly recommend this company. Over the past 2 years we have done a lot of renovations to our home (kitchen, bathroom, painting, concrete work, etc., and have worked with dozens of trades people. “Me and my partner were looking for a Jacuzzi and came across this place. I met up with one if their salespersons Jason who was excellent at explaining everything! We Absolutely fell in love with one of the hot tub here ! It is now sitting in our backyard and I have no regrets.
