(May 28, 2022, 3:58 pm)We had May today and she was great! Had been to a few other branches to do what seemed like an easy transaction
(being added to my husbands account) and had been given the run around , poor instructions and told to do it online.
May on the other hand was polite and efficient! Very good customer service and she deserves recognition. Thank you for making a bad experience at other branches great here!
Everyone in there was so nice and while it was busy and many people were crotchety in line everyone at the branch stayed calm , kind and worked quickly to get people moving through.
