Highly recommend Riverbend Appliance ! Our 12 year old Jenn Air range had oven and front burner issues. We were quoted over the phone by Trevor and he showed up the following day with required parts and it was repaired within two hours. On time, on budget and very professional !

AWESOME service !! Called Riverbend for emergency next day service for my large upright freezer that had totally defrosted. He arrived early (called to let me know), identified and fixed the part immediately. Prompt, professional, knowledgeable. Good price. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED !

Immediate call back within a few minutes. Arranged a prompt service call at a very affordable price as advertised. Diagnosed the issue within minutes upon arrival. In this case it was the control board. Good parts source for the control board saved us money. Had to go get part quickly and oven was all fixed and tidied up 2.5 hours after first arrival. Great work!

Trevor was very helpful on the initial phone call re our flooding washer,came on time for our appointment, diagnosed and fixed the problem in a timely fashion. He was polite and professional.We would definitely use Riverbend again and recommend their service to friends and family.

100% recommended: I called Riverbend Appliance Repair yesterday about an issue with our fridge. While I was describing the issue to Trevor, he basically figured out exactly what model fridge we have and the cause of the issue. He was also able to come up with fix which he explained over the phone. He booked us in for the next day. He discussed some options with us and recommended the one he felt was the best option (which was actually the least expensive). Trevor was extremely professional and clearly knows his stuff. He was a pleasure to deal with, is honest about the work that needs to be done and the invoice was less than quoted. We are so pleased.
